Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time on a business day usually ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM Pacific Time, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
- Estimated delivery is 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
- Carrier and seasonal delays can add time. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will let you know by email.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email us and we will look into it.
Changes and cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are covered by our Return Policy, which allows returns or exchanges of unused items within 365 days of delivery.
Package marked delivered but missing
- Wait up to 48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered before the final drop-off.
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management and any alternate delivery spots.
- If it is still missing, email help@shopsimpleedit.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
- An online affidavit is required to file a carrier claim. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued.
If your delivery spot is not secure, we recommend adding delivery instructions such as "Do not leave package unattended" at checkout.

Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is free on US orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99, USPS rates are calculated at checkout by package weight and destination.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time on a business day usually ship the same day. Delivery takes an estimated 1 to 5 business days.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes. USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout, with the rate calculated by package weight and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Simple Edit currently ships within the United States only.
What if my package is lost?
Email help@shopsimpleedit.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will help you file a carrier claim, and a replacement is issued once the claim is approved.
