RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Simple Edit, every item is carefully inspected by our staff prior to shipment to ensure quality and condition.
We accept returns or exchanges within 365 days of the delivery date.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered

  • All original packaging must be included (dust bags, tags, boxes, etc.)

  • Photos of the item may be requested prior to approval to verify its condition

All returns are processed after the item has been received and inspected by our team.


Refund Method & Payment Limitations

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, subject to the payment provider’s refund policies

  • If the original payment method no longer supports refunds, the refund will be issued as store credit

Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid return shipping label.


Store Credit

Store credit is the fastest refund option and is issued in the form of a gift card code.

How to use:
Log in during checkout and enter the gift card code.

Please note:

  • Store credit is non-reversible

  • Store credit is non-transferable

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash


Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our bags and offer a limited warranty on select products.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Allow 48 hours, as carriers may mark deliveries early

  • Check with neighbors or alternate delivery locations

  • Contact us for further assistance if the package is still missing

All missing or lost packages must be reported within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
Reports submitted after this period may require a carrier claim, and replacements cannot be guaranteed.


Refund Adjustments

If store credit was applied to your original purchase, your refund may be adjusted accordingly:

  • Any unused store credit will be deducted first

  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the portion of store credit used
