Shipping Rates & Delivery

Orders under $99 incur shipping fees, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on your location

Please allow additional time for potential carrier or seasonal delays
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped are subject to our Return Policy.
Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST are typically shipped the same business day

Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day

Missing or Delivered-but-Not-Received Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please follow the steps below:

Allow up to 48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered prior to final drop-off

Check with household members, building management, or neighbors for possible mis-delivery

Review alternate delivery locations around your address

Contact the local carrier facility to request an investigation if necessary

Contact us for further assistance if the package is still missing
If your order shows shipped but the tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can review the shipment and assist where possible.
Please monitor your tracking information carefully once it is sent.
Due to increased package theft, we strongly recommend adding delivery instructions such as
“Do not leave package unattended” if your delivery location is not secure.
All missing or lost packages must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with filing a carrier claim as efficiently as possible.
Please note that an online affidavit is required to validate the missing package. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued.
While delivery is managed by third-party carriers, situations marked as delivered fall outside our direct control. That said, we are always happy to support our customers and assist with next steps whenever possible.
